“WHAT’S THE GREATEST LESSON A WOMAN SHOULD LEARN? THAT SINCE DAY ONE, SHE’S ALREADY HAD EVERYTHING SHE NEEDS WITHIN HERSELF. IT’S THE WORLD THAT CONVINCED HER SHE DID NOT” Rupi Kaur
I don’t know how you made it here, but I am so glad you did!
I am a huge believer that the universe always brings people together for a reason, and I am hoping that the reason it brought you here is to learn, grow and find your happiness again. Whether it is with me or someone else, the only way to make an impact in this world, is to make yourself stronger, happier, and healthier.
My story begins here;
I was raised in Finland, and I moved to London 5 years ago due to my demanding job.
My professional background consists of being a successful wealth manager to being a model and winning a fair amount of beauty competitions. I now help women transform their body, mind, and soul through fitness. Safe to say I have done a lot.
Early life;
My dad left to fight in the war for Kosovo’s freedom when i was 9 years old. My mother, siblings, and I then starter working 12 hours a day in a blueberry field so we could collect them and then sell them the next morning in the market. That really was an eye opener for me because I understood that money doesn’t grow on trees at a very early age. I continued working in supermarkets, at a post office as well modeling. That is how I started supporting myself, along with some other family members back home in Kosovo.
However, my story only gets harder. By the time I was 21, I went through a traumatic experience that no girl/woman should go through. Something that could of potentially ended me, only made me much, much stronger.
At 20 years old, I was studying medicine in the university Helsinki and I decided to do a transfer year in Kosovo, University of Prishtina. I ended up competing again for Miss Kosovo 2010 Beauty Pageant title. Few months go by and I received a very heart-breaking email that my BF laptop got hacked, and they have an intimate video and if I don’t pay them a certain amount of money, it will get released to the media.
I felt sick to my stomach. Bearing in mind that I come from a very traditional Albanian family, this behavior in our culture is absolutely unacceptable and unfathomable.
I did try to pay the people who blackmailed me, in fact I DID pay the people who blackmailed me, but the video got released anyway and I was publicly humiliated, ashamed and my life turned upside down at that point, it was truly national humiliation as all the media in Balkan reported it. As you can imagine, that is very hard to accept and most women unfortunately due to the pressure…

that is given by society end up taking different measures. However, this was a defining moment for me, it was in 2010 that I decided to help women heal from whatever trauma they have gone through, help them find their self-respect, self-love, and self-care through fitness.
This births Body, Mind and Soul!
We empower women, we help women fall in love with themselves again, respect themselves and help achieve goals together no matter what!
I pride myself in honesty, which is why I decided to tell you my story and help you understand that you can bounce back from whatever life has thrown at you. I take my job very seriously and I will do whatever I can in my power to help women who are seeking for help and guidance, women who want to grow, overcome their problems, and make them a winner…
