30 day weight loss challenge is ment to train where ever you are home, gym or hotel environment.

What you will need is a yoga mat and bottle of water!

30 day weight loss challenge includes:

  • Every week-day a different workout video.
  • Every workout video is ment to make you do a 60 min workout.
  • There is motivation quotes during workouts.
  • 30 day weight loss challenge will have lots of jumps, squats, lunches and other high intensity exercises.
  • Juliana will make sure to guide you and help you to achieve your results.
  • You will learn to be disciplined and consistent.
  • Juliana will show and teach  you how to do the exercise before actualy doing the sets.

We will work out 4 times in a week, 60 minutes per session in a group within 5 to 10 women who motivate each other and push you to do the best with the positive energy.

Juliana and other PTs will make sure to push you to achieve your goals by motivating you, making you disciplined and consistent.

Making sure you know how to eat and when to eat with our meal/ nutrition plan guidance.

We will make sure that we will find the best program to achieve your goals together if that is weight loss, weight gain or to tone your body.

This group sessions are focused on you to achieve your goals.

Now it is time to take your life in your own hands!

One-to-one Session (£500.00)

This package is created for women who have low self esteem, who wants to gain self respect,build their confidence and find love within themselves by training their Body, Mind & Soul. Women who want to look strong, feel good and gain muscles…

We focus on healthy habits by changing the way they see themselves and by understanding that they deserve healthier, happier, stronger Body, Mind & Soul.

We will work out 4 to 5 days per week, 60 minutes per session.

Juliana and other PTs will make sure to push you to achieve your goals by motivating you, making you disciplined and consistent.

Once per week we have 30 to 45 minutes session where we analyse your progress mentially, emotionally and physically.
Making sure you know how to eat and when to eat with our meal/ nutrition plan guidance.

We will make sure that we will find the best program to achieve your goals together if that is weight loss, weight gain or to tone your body.

This 1:1 sessions are focused personally only on you with giving full attention, energy and motivation in every session.
