30 day weight loss challenge is ment to train where ever you are home, gym or hotel environment.
What you will need is a yoga mat and bottle of water!
30 day weight loss challenge includes:
- Every week-day a different workout video.
- Every workout video is ment to make you do a 60 min workout.
- There is motivation quotes during workouts.
- 30 day weight loss challenge will have lots of jumps, squats, lunches and other high intensity exercises.
- Juliana will make sure to guide you and help you to achieve your results.
- You will learn to be disciplined and consistent.
- Juliana will show and teach you how to do the exercise before actualy doing the sets.

We will work out 4 times in a week, 60 minutes per session in a group within 5 to 10 women who motivate each other and push you to do the best with the positive energy.
Juliana and other PTs will make sure to push you to achieve your goals by motivating you, making you disciplined and consistent.
Making sure you know how to eat and when to eat with our meal/ nutrition plan guidance.
We will make sure that we will find the best program to achieve your goals together if that is weight loss, weight gain or to tone your body.
This group sessions are focused on you to achieve your goals.
Now it is time to take your life in your own hands!
One-to-one Session (£500.00)
This package is created for women who have low self esteem, who wants to gain self respect,build their confidence and find love within themselves by training their Body, Mind & Soul. Women who want to look strong, feel good and gain muscles…

We focus on healthy habits by changing the way they see themselves and by understanding that they deserve healthier, happier, stronger Body, Mind & Soul.
We will work out 4 to 5 days per week, 60 minutes per session.
Juliana and other PTs will make sure to push you to achieve your goals by motivating you, making you disciplined and consistent.
Once per week we have 30 to 45 minutes session where we analyse your progress mentially, emotionally and physically.
Making sure you know how to eat and when to eat with our meal/ nutrition plan guidance.
We will make sure that we will find the best program to achieve your goals together if that is weight loss, weight gain or to tone your body.
This 1:1 sessions are focused personally only on you with giving full attention, energy and motivation in every session.

home . I have seen a lot of changes already in my body actually with my muscles showing and I am more energetic I feel a lot lighter. I have tried to think about our morning habits but not to much success, I forget and that’s because I also wake up late, I’m trying to change that. but your motivation discipline and support that u gave to me, Pushed me to reach the 3rd week of training….. The pain i was experiencing was so hard to deal with it but the pleasure and dhe satisfaction is giving to my body is worth it to 100% Now I can’t wait to wake up in the morning and to train together. "more important" to do and training came last. When you launched your 14 days challenge I decided to be part cuz you really motivated me. After that, I was lucky to be part of your training groups and start this journey together. You have always been such a great inspiration, how you work and maintain yourself independently, how you travel, how you have fun and how you have built that body with a lot of consistency and discipline. And before I start with my results of this training, I am so happy you are working on this platform that is not only fitness but lifestyle. Firstly, I am really thankful to you and really proud of myself for putting my mind on this journey. Since day one I have tried to give my best and push boundaries/limits and do a little more because at the end I know it will give me what I have always wanted, healthy and strong mind and body. Also a good looking bikini body :P. I feel happy and determined and I know with you as a coach I will not lose motivation as it had happened before. Since the first day of training I have felt all the muscle work and it was the most amazing feeling. Abs and leg muscles are more strong now, even it's been only 2 weeks. We train in the evening, so after the workout I am more energetic. I have a shower, I prepare the meal for next day, do my skincare routine, do some house chores and also read some pages of the book that I'm reading now. I am more organized and I don't spend a lot of time on social media before sleep. Morning has been a little difficult, as I have to wake up at 06:00 AM and have had some muscles pain but I think on the upcoming days it will be easier and with a lot of energy. I am working on positive thoughts, maybe I will start writing them every morning and be more focused on them. Before starting training I have been in a lot of stress with a lot of workload, with some new applications etc. When you are used to working a lot, Sundays at home sometimes feel anxious and this happened to me, but since I've been training I feel like all the negative thoughts go away with the sweat. I always want to appear like a strong person with positive thoughts but there are days that you are not and there are days that you don't feel happy. Even though, I try to work a lot with my mind and keep it strong and always to be grateful and thankful for my health, health of my family, my relatives, my friends, my work and all the good things I have in life. I am sure this training program will help me more in the future because I have seen results in 2 weeks. I want to make it part of my routine and never make excuses or other priorities. I am feeling really confident and I know that I will succeed through this journey and make it a habit, a lifestyle. Thank you so much! Hugs and kisses ❤️❤️
